BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

The first night's accommodation cost is taken as a deposit at the time of booking. This can either be paid by credit or debit card. This amount is non refundable should you need to cancel your booking. However if the room can be re let for the same rate a credit note will be issued for a future stay at Ardtorna. If you need to cancel a booking outwith the 60 days of the arrival date there will be no further charge. However any cancellations made within the 60 day period you will be liable to pay for the entire stay booked. I will obviously do my utmost to re let the room, and should I do so, no further charges will be made.

I strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance to protect themselves should this happen. In the event of such a circumstance I will provide all the relevant paperwork for your insurance company to claim back any monies lost.

Check in is from 4pm. I ask that you let me know should you be arriving later than 6pm. Check out is 10am. A late check out service of 12 noon is available for an additional charge of £25. Advance booking is recommended.
