Food Provenance

At Ardtorna we are committed to providing you with simple, healthy food contained in dishes that reference Scotland’s wealth of ingredients, our only proviso being that quality and integrity must never be compromised.

To this end, over 75% of our ingredients are produced in Scotland, with many of them sourced within a few miles of us.

  • Our soda bread, pancakes, granola, jams and marmalades are all hand-made at Ardtorna by Sean and Karen.
  • Our sausages are hand-made by Seamus McFadzean, a local pig farmer, less than two miles away and contain a minimum of 85% Scottish pork.
